We’re very excited to announce that Managing Director of The Woodhorn Group, John Pitts, has been announced as Sustainable Farmer of the Year at the Farmers Weekly Awards 2015!
He was awarded the much-coveted prize at the magazine’s glamorous awards ceremony held at Grosvenor House Hotel in London on the 1st October 2015.
Up against two other shortlisted farmers for Sustainable Farmer of the Year, John stood out for adopting a sustainable approach and constantly challenging the way the dairy farm operates.
We’re absolutely delighted with this accolade and for receiving this recognition for our commitment to sustainable farming. We’d like to say a huge congratulations to all the winners and thank you to everyone involved in this year’s awards!
