Delivery

For any bulk bag or large delivery items:

• We prefer it if someone is present to accept the delivery, but it's not essential.
• Deliveries are made by a third-party haulier using large tail lift lorries.
• Bulk bags are delivered ‘kerbside’ or onto a driveway only.
• Bulk bags come on pallets and are delivered using a manual pallet truck.
• Ensure you have a flat, hard standing surface on your property for us to deliver onto.
• Our delivery drivers will use their discretion to deliver your bulk bags in line with your instructions, ensuring safe access. The pallet and bag do not need to be returned.
• We cannot be responsible for the goods after delivery.

In the event that the delivery cannot be made due to an unsafe location for unloading, a re-delivery charge may apply, starting at £85 + VAT.

Please contact us before ordering if:

• Your road has a weight/height limit, double yellow lines, is particularly narrow, or has any obstructions (e.g. large trees, telephone or power lines crossing it).
• You live on a hill with sloped access roads.
• You do not have an accessible hardstanding area for us to deliver onto (e.g. no slopes, soil, grass, or gravel).
• You need a rapid delivery, a weekend delivery, or timed slot delivery.
• You cannot be present to accept the delivery.

Small items will be sent in recycled cardboard packaging, and may be left in a secure space outside your home.
