About Woodhorn Group
Established in 1882, The Woodhorn Group is a family run range of businesses, committed to achieving excellence in all we do.
At the heart of the Business is our 1500 acre organic arable and dairy farm that stretches across the Chichester Plain and The South Downs. The Woodhorn Group operates three licensed recycling sites enabling significant diversion of green waste from landfill in the South East.
Our range of Earth Cycle composts and soil conditioners provide eco-friendly, peat-free products for use by trade and domestic customers. The Woodhorn Business Centre is ideally located for ‘out-of-town’ work life with a range of offices, workshops and storage spaces available for let.
The Woodhorn Group is a varied and integrated business and a key objective is to strive to be successful from a business perspective, whilst integrating our own more prosaic environmental and social aims.
Our ‘Woodhorn Framework’ is designed to illustrate the different aspects that we believe make up ‘The Woodhorn Group’.
All aspects of our business are managed with the objective of environmental and economic sustainability for both our Business and the Community in which we operate.
“We aim to be a first class employer and the health,
safety and welfare of all our staff is paramount.”
Through our organic farming system we aim to nurture our wider ecological environment and through our recycling operations we aim to provide a service to the wider community.
Our operations, by their nature, cover a wide geographical area and we are committed to fulfilling our responsibilities and duty of care to our many neighbours.
As a Company we support many local events and initiatives throughout the year and aim to be a positive and active member of the community.
At Earth Cycle, we take great pride in our exceptional products and service. But don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what our valued customers have to say about their experiences with us.
