Oving Scarecrow Competition

Oving Village’s Scarecrow Day is a highlight on our annual calendar. The village is adorned with a vast array of scarecrows, themed and traditional, from which judges have the unenviable task of scoring. The Woodhorn Group sponsor a trophy as well as carry out tractor and trailer rides to take people around the village to see all the scarecrows.
