St Wilfrid’s Hospice shop donation

We are delighted to have been working with St Wilfrid’s Hospice, donating 4 bags of Topsoil Supreme for their Selsey shop expansion. St Wilfrid’s is an independent hospice located in Chichester, the charity has been caring for and supporting people in the community who are in the last phase of their lives for over 30 years.

The topsoil has supported the development of the Selsey shop expansion (Wilf’s Yard) and has been used to fill some raised beds made by volunteers. The shop has been in Selsey village for 28 years and the expansion has generated an extra 980 square feet of space with an outside yard.

Lyn Bethan, Retail Area Sales & Development Manager said, “We will now be offering a much greater variety of goods, including small furniture. We aim to use the yard as a vibrant market type space filled with eclectic items for sale. The greater selling space will also enable us to accept donations from the Selsey community. We want our supporters to feel that we’re part of the community and that they can always find something affordable and preloved, whilst supporting St Wilfrid’s. A big thank you to all those that have helped support the expansion so far.”
